Into the Western Isles.

Ti Gitu left the Caledonian Canal on Friday 4th July. The staff on the canal were fantastic. When we left it was blowing a hoolie and pouring with rain but our time had run out within the canal and we had arranged to leave so we just went out and immediately anchored off Corpach until later in the day when we motor sailed down loch Linnhe to loch A’Choire.
This is a beautiful quiet spot where there are still free moorings provided by the local community. We spent one night there but there is no mobile phone, internet or TV reception as the loch is deep within the hills. As it was the British GP weekend we motored across loch Linnhe  to another anchorage in loch Creran where we were surprised to find that it now has restrictions on where to anchor and that the anchorages are being filled with permanent moorings.
But I did get to watch the GP, great to see Hamilton doing well.
