Welcome to my blog. Here you will find the journeys of Ti Gtu and information that I have researched and found useful for maintaining and servicing yachts and motorboats.

Coll

Ti Gitu left Canna and sailed for the anchorage at Coll. We have visited here before but that was in a flat calm. This time there had been a Westerly blowing however by the time we arrived it was long past but the swell entering the anchorage gave us a very uncomfortable night. The guides do say that in a strong SW the anchorage on Coll becomes untenable but we found that it was very uncomfortable with only a gentle Westerly blowing so we left early the next morning for Ulva on Mull.
